Grand Central & X01 are now hiring Furniture Crew members. The Furniture Crew plays a crucial role in the transition between the move-out and move-in period for our outgoing and incoming tenants. The Furniture Crew works closely with our property management and maintenance teams to ensuring a seamless living experience for our residents. Job duties include assembly, set-up and relocation of furniture items while providing excellent customer service. We offer competitive pay, a lively work environment, and a supportive team atmosphere. This physically active role requires the ability to lift and move heavy furniture, a positive attitude, reliability, and excellent customer service skills.
