We are sold out of parking through 5/31/2026. We are currently accepting parking applications for 6/1/2026 through 8/12/2026.
Applications for parking beginning on or after 8/12/2026 will open on 3/1/2026.
Parking is $205/month for residents and $225/month for non-residents. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is due upon contract signing. Parking contract end date can be either May 31, August 12, or December 31. If parking is not available, your application will be placed on our waitlist.
Heated & Secure
Park your car here and scraping snow in the morning will be a thing of the past. And as far as security goes, without a fob, nobody gets in.
Temporary Parking Passes
Friends and family visiting and need a parking pass for the weekend? Temporary parking passes (if available) can be picked up in person at the Management Office during business hours. Temporary parking passes are only available to current tenants.
Free for Bikes & Mopeds
Do you pay rent here? If so, you can park your bike and/or moped here–no additional charge.
